given the hundreds of cis people doing “no, I’m Spartacus” and tagging the admins to bestow highly creative and detailed ill wishes on JKR, I’d say we have stress-tested this theory pretty much to the limits. context is not being applied equally to trans users. there’s an unjust presumption of harm.
