The company they bought out of bankruptcy - Helio Home - installed an egregiously undersized ducted heat pump in our home a couple years back. I'm talking bedrooms at 45 degrees during cold weeks.

I've had to add a ton of insulation and a wood stove to backstop it when it gets below 5f or so
