Was chowing down on YouTube while doing the treadmill, learning how AI works internally and now I can envision dimensionality and just how powerful that is (or could be) as a tool

I wonder how long before there are domain specific dimensionality models or will everything fit into one big bag? 🤔

There is a difference between value extraction and value creation

Value extraction is how a lot of people and of course the business they run tend to think — yes the pie IS limited as they are only carving up what already exists

Value creation on the other hand brings a brand new pie to the table

It is a subtle distinction at times however I have found it to be profound one

I was addicted to problem solving — the world would collapse without me constantly tinkering with it — now I look for ways to be as obsolete and useless as possible

If the machine works without me then I’ve done good

I used to believe that once you fixed all the problems things would just work

Instead I’ve adopted the phase “ what does success look like” and head towards it

The plan is to be drinking a new batch of our own champagne by this weekend
