My OH tried to calorie count from my home cooking and it was a nightmare. I was forever reciting lists of ingredients and weighing food onto plates. Except of course I never weighed anything when I was actually making things. Most of it I just eye ball.

Never know where people working in charities fit. Pretty sure my dad was still working residential care homes at that point. Probably 3 in some ways but the pay was likely down at 7. I'm at 2 and working to crack 1.

When my old car was regularly in the shop I begged them not to give me another small SUV. They're just so insipid and yeah, dreadful driving position

I'm also not a big fan of huge series. I loved The Wire but generally won't sit out hundred plus episode series. My favourites are things like The Fall or Taboo or Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. Or recently Slow Horses

Love a good Facebook group. I've had so much help running my old van from them. I once broke down in Bristol, clutch fried. Got put in touch with a local specialist. Got recovered to their garage. Clutch had arrived before I did and they got me back on the road in a few hours.

I suggest they don't play characters on TV if that's the cause of problems. If you need to work or meet an MP to know they actually have a clue that seems a massive failing on their part
