A really underrated technique for learning about new web dev tricks is to just go on your favorite blogs and right-click inspect them to see how they're doing certain things. I did (and still do) this a lot with Josh Comeau's blog and have learned so many neat tricks this way.

After many years, a combination of a recent realization of my value as a human being, and posts about linguistics (especially bleets by @gretchenmcc.bsky.social and reels by www.instagram.com/etymologynerd) have inspired me to get back into conlanging. But it's been so long, I dunno where to start!

It's not going to go far, because there isn't any. My problem isn't with Islam or Muslims. It's a geopolitical problem. Terrorist groups don't make for good leaders; and all the Arab countries already expelled their Jews, so probably wouldn't treat us especially well.

It actually is, but the less-brief version is: no country/ies would take over 7 million Jews, just like they typically wouldn't take even hundreds during or after the Holocaust; and any who remain would be killed by the terrorist groups who would be in charge or else be left to suffer later pogroms.
