The zoning through PDA 50 was amended in 2016 to allow for hotel use. The project was built as of right and from @planning.boston.gov filing through approval it took 128 days.. getting proper zoning in place is important

The nuance of a few of these folks leaving urban living for something else is something perhaps worth exploring.. city life, either living / working or both isn’t for everyone..

Chef Todd Winer and team would always take the call from FPNA.. We were just in there on Tuesday night after our monthly meeting .. It was a pleasure on that Tuesday to meet the management team from Coda, they are targeting a 2026 opening.

It is obvious in our neighborhood the first step in establishing a safer environment is re-designing the public way to provide better balance between vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists.. Enforcement is secondary but without automation we know it isn't viable, we need this in tandem
