Steve, wasn’t P&G a signature of that plan and didn’t the bridge “land” on their property when it was envisioned?

P&G is not re-developing this site… they have applied to have it rezoned.. the bldg height and changes in use will result in hundreds of millions in profits when the site is sold… transit improvements, and other infrastructure needed to support the changes needs to be funded from those profits..
