Tsunami estimated to arrive at about 12:40 in Hokkaido (Sapporo). 1pm in Niigata. Just before 2pm in Okinawa (Naha I guess).

In my parent's Nissan, the volume button doesn't work and the screen randomly goes black, hiding all of the controls. It's only a few years old. PCs need to be replaced every 2-4 years, but this tech will survive the life of the vehicle? Doubtful.
