A perfect bottom
Our griddle plates are made from 6mm thick iron, seasoned with organic flax oil, which means nothing need come between cooking surface & the base of your pizzas, pies, scones, biscuits or bread. That means that your bottoms will never be soggy, just golden and gorgeous.
