I came across it while shelving some audiobooks at work. The cover art had some graininess like a paused frame on a VHS tape, so obviously I had to look into it!

I make a heavily modified version of this recipe 😂 I use about half the small sized can of tomato paste and I leave out the water completely. I also use half an onion, and garlic powder instead of chopped garlic.

The weather is finally nice around here! We had to turn the heat back on last week at home, but I think it's off for good now.
