In Cheshire and Merseyside, there is no real ME/CFS clinic, (there is a fatigue clinic that is massively over subscribed), Fibromyalgia is dealt with by Rheumatology and Anaesthetic led pain clinics and all Long Covid Clinics have been closed.

We desperately need a holistic, biosocial approach.
