I've played the games and love the franchise. The lore gets very out there in terms of sci-fi.

I think the weakest part so far is the side plot of the young Korean lady getting her revolution on.

I like it but I would have liked it to be it's own thing

I've been watching Halo (one from Paramount and co) and quite like it.

I know people have problems with it but I think design-wise it is amazing. They got the feel of things very right as well as the UEG vs colonists thing down well.

Not too bad.

I watched it last night and even though I could see the story coming, there were just so many good little bits in it.
