Proper United attitude.
I like him, and I can see how it works for him in my mind, the problem is he needs more experience and patience.
Having said that though there was signs in pre-season so a season loan would be ideal, or like you say, i think theyll end up regretting letting him go now for so little.
Those guys having delusions of grandeur as soon as the Saudis bought them was pitiful enough, but laughing at them like the talkshite video is too far.
Some of the poor sods sound like theyre well beyond the reach of care in the community already, pushed much further, one of thems gonna go postal.
Its extremely likely to be about buying freehold properties in the hope any development nearby makes the land value rocket with anme&shame affecting the above case.
But I wouldnt rule out the four/ten year rule having a hand in things
There was a 12 bedroom care home locally, could have been bedsit apartments or demolished for 2-3 family homes.
It sat rotting for 10 years until the local paper highlighted the 10 biggest offenders 2 years ago, its now in full use.
Good Times - Owning a 600 and a 1200 with squirrel SCSI CD 40MB hd and 4 MB fastram and only wanting a PC for Championship Manager 2
Bad Times - Being reminded of the good times in the same year that SIGames benched Football Managers release for the first time since then.

I dont understand the mentality that demands discrediting a player that turned you down in the past over watching the first choice this summer play.
I havent seen Kai play yet but the few bits ive read suggest hes a real chip off the old mans block?

Plenty of us warned about foreign ownership for years, but its too late now, all thats left is waiting to see who prevails, US drafts and closed leagues or sportswashing and financial doping.
Not only is his ceiling lower but the money involved makes Rashfords earnings look like a championship salary.
Given his age and zero resale value the total cost would be a ยฃ10M depreciation write off for each of the next 4-5 seasons and then his salary on top likely doubles that to ยฃ20M-ish.
Its a very good question and not an easy one to call.
I didnt think this one was a starter but I guess United really thought they had time to wait until Newcastle have forced their hand
But as Pterry wrote... theres good reason the ketchup costs twice as much as the rat.

04.08.2025 21:59 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Guess it could make sense, IF a club already paid for a first option clause, but theyre usually reported and theres no record of such a deal ever existing for Sesko.

Im not convinced at all that ManUtd said "Well match a bid".
Who would ever say that? And worse why would Red Bull agree to it when their interest is a bidding war?
Its nonsense.
I thought that a 20 club league was ringfenced when the premier league was created and the number was never up for debate.
So surely any talk about the number of clubs is actually the premier leagues way of issueing a stern indirect reminder that any fallout re welfare belongs at FIFAs front door.
And never forget it was our infamous owners that both made all of this possible and then completely fail to pass consequences once the possible became the reality.
So given the entire heirarchy of culpable idiots, Moyes is actually more a minor mishap.
But he was hardly a lone gunman.
Woodward spending the entire summer chasing an attacking midfielder that had a release clause for less than he offered, and to then accept his demand to play in defensive midfield was a warning of the sort that usually has its own triangular sign with a red border.
Moyes kinda made sense, punching above his weight on so little money.
But he just couldnt inject positivity into his own mentality and his negativity completely wrecked morale.
Despite the warning signs, there was just no way to defnitively conclude he couldnt make the next step.
Even more absurd to think that any one of the clubs most likely to win could also see their sugar daddy sanctioned, and without financial juicing, the crest being worn by a second division club.
FIFA hasnt payed enough heed to recent events.
Anyone else think its a complete farce that whoever Chelsea sign over the next 4 years gets to wear a CWC winners crest?
Its nonsense even by FIFA cash-grab standards.
If it gets to be worn for 4 years then the crest should only be on those players shrits that actually made appearances.
The original is still the best but with the future cities and ancient cities graphics packs.

Back in the noughties, the one that came with the CreativeZen media player was a propriety connector.
It was 6cm.
When charging, the Zen couldnt even sit flat because the cable wasnt long enough to create a 90 degree angle at the same height as the other connector.
