Donโt let the huge set of references and citations fool you, itโs an easy and interesting read. Goes deep where it needs to, without going off the deep end
Happy to assist with some emoji lore, and wishing a pleasant World Emoji Day to you ๐ซก ๐ง

16.01.2025 21:01 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Bring back previous seating rule ***** Jan 21. Fiona's sons l attended the AO with my two sons, on Wed 17th Jan. We had seats in Margaret Court Arena. I have attended the AO for many years but I am disappointed that the rules have changed regarding people entering the stadium during games without end changes. I found this very disruptive, and very annoying, when we were trying to watch a game. People in front of us stood up to let others pass them in the middle of a game! It was deuce and a tight match, and I found it very rude that others did not care about interrupting your view!!! Please bring back the old rule of entering in seats at the change of ends only. Myself and my older son have been many times where we had to stano outside the stadium and watch the screen before entering. At least this didn't interrupt others. Not all patrons wait for end of the games before trying to get to their seats! This was the most disappointing aspect of the AO this year. Please bring back the old rule. New rule changes don't always improve things. And surely it can't hurt patrons to wait outside for 2 games!!!
Sun shades for Paying Courts. ***** Jan 21 โข Seat shades I was there for first time this week for 4 days. I paid $250 each for rod laver and Margret court to sit in the extremely hot sun for 5 hours. PLEASE PROVIDE SHADE OVER THE MIDDLE SECTIONS OF THE SEATING ATEA FOR THE PATING AREANS. I was so distressed after the five hours of watching the two matches in this extreme heat that it took away from the experience, and hope that you realise this needs to be rectified. Something like the players have over them when they sit down would be amazing. We are all warned of keeping out of the sun especially in the middle of the day reference to cancer and other aspects to one's health. Please PLEASE action this blemish on an otherwise amazing event to come and see in Australia. Thank you for reading and hopefully heading this review.
Chaotic queue at John Cain Arena ***** Mon. conbanks Didn't expect to spent hours (from 1.30pm) in the queue at door 8 on my husband's 80th birthday, for a ticket that would get us back into John Cain arena for the evening session. Ran out of water & got overheated. Started feeling unwell & left the queue. Missed watching good tennis, only to find out people could just get tickets at 4pm without standing in the sun for hours. I have never experienced so much misinformation & disorganisation at the AO.
Wonderful AO *** * * 1y ago. Older Tennis Fan. It was wonderful to watch the tennis on TV. A friend and I used to attend and stay in Melbourne. She has passed away. I did attend by myself once but not the same plus cost of everything gone up. Also I am older now. I enjoyed viewing day and night. ... Not Great this year ***** ly agoโขisthisallahoax Not as good as usual and so sick of the Djokovic show with another feigned injury and now the media show Rd his father which is getting way too much media attention with image after image of the tshirts and flags - not what we want to see. I am not watching any of his matches and think many will be the same. Too many stars gone to early this year so not as exciting as usual.

05.12.2024 22:30 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Traf District News - Apologies for date errors Right on deadline, just minutes before printing, our production person changed the date strap at the top of each page from 'November' to 'December'. Unfortunately, that also changed every 'November' in the body of the paper to 'December' and it wasn't picked up before printing. Example: The page 1 story now reads that the election occurred on December 20, when it was in fact November. Remembrance Day (page 3) reads December 11 and was of course November 11. There are thirteen such occasions where 'November' was globally and automatically changed to 'December' There are mistakes on pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 12, 17, 18, 19 and 20. All the dates were correct up to that point. The error is not sloppy editing, it was however a very unfortunate and embarrassing error. We sincerely apologies for all these errors
I can feel the STRESS in the person typing this (and the typo in the apology ๐ )
