the board is pretty much the same, but some sellers add a case, knobs, display, and other extra features. i bought mine years ago before all of that was possible. I can’t recommend one specifically, but have a look around.

No, sadly not. For pixel perfect the signal needs to be analog (like an old PC monior), not digital (which the TV processes to do overscan/etc). IIRC the older OSSC has VGA out.

You can use Y-cables or a switch selector box (component = PS2, GC, Wii) and/or KVM cables (VGA = Xbox, 360). My advice is to plan it all on paper before buying anything, trying to connect everything at once is hell. Connect and verify each console then do the next one. You can do it!🤞

I think running through something like GBS-Control or another scaler is the easiest way for Saturn.

Going the UIKit route also unlocked much faster polling of drag position for me, doubling the responsiveness of drawing (the actual drawing code was always very fast, but wasn't being called frequently enough during a drag)

I would prefer it too, but I couldn't figure out any way of getting right click drag (and a bunch of other mouse interactions) using only SwiftUI. So I'll live with it for now as I've got much more important things to implement
