I miss going out with my camera with the sole purpose of photographing whatever I happen to find. Here's one from just over 2 years ago in Whitby, on a really misty, lovely autumn day. Spotted a young guy skimming stones.

What a great photo.

When Boris Johnson was London Mayor, he authorised a study for a new pedestrian bridge over the Thames. The study cost squillions. The bridge was never built. Bridge studies obviously the field to get into.

Never been there, although I've seen some episodes of The Wire, which I think qualifies me to comment. After lengthy consideration, I recommend one lane for pedestrians, two for bikes, two for cars. 14 mil. Kerching! Thank you.
