Cleaning up yesterday the bike & gear from last race. Willow is out 6-8 wks after spending the better part of the wk in the hospital with a lacerated liver. Glad she is out and on the mend ❤️‍🩹

New wheels for Willow for 25 race season.

April 13, 2015 ten years ago today, went in to have my thyroid removed, along with a golf ball sized tumour attached to it. Not going to lie, I was scared, as hell 46 years old with cancer, and having lost my father, at 59 to cancer. Fast forward, to today healthy, enjoying family, and friends.
