Sometimes the municipal vision is there...but get stymied by other gov levels that can't mind their own business.

This is exactly why I e-bike on my commute instead of using my analog bike. It gets rid of the excuses if I'm tired after an 8hr day to tackle the 1hr commute with hills. E-bikes reduce the friction or potential blocks to use!

While the judge doesn't think EM was believable, I know many who do because they have been in situations where they have had to pretend to get along. So now because of this, how many more victims won't step forward because they fear they won't be believed? Or because they're not a perfect victim?
