He/him. My name is Jay. I like birds, dinosaurs, godzilla, and you. I also like lots of other things I’m trying my best.

I don't understand what is happening, but I think the tangent universe is collapsing
you're probably right. But I have a real and active fear it's actually the expression. The horrors of that being true are too much for me to bear
20.02.2026 20:47 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Some politicians go absolutely feral trying to appease certain groups. Fishermen complaining about having to compete with a natural predator for fish is a pretty needy group that appeals to that sort of politician

The NY Times dutifully reporting that the Supreme Court sided with Trump only 42% of the time and with Biden 54% of the time sort of leaves out the necessary context that Biden was doing normal, completely legal presidential stuff, and Trump was doing insane crimes

now that the tariffs are gone i don't see a reason to stop charging $100k per knife. People found a way to pay it so they must have the money to do so, and I'm not incentivized to do otherwise. I am every business.

20.02.2026 15:56 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0That's what gets me. Like, everything was telling us what the world should be and, as far as I could tell at the time, no one was BIG MAD about it. To fast forward to now where we're being gaslit to believe differently. I just feel like I'm in a weird alternate universe
