Yes, much worse. If someone confronts you with a knife, you give them your phone and get a new one on the insurance. If everyone has pepper spray, you don't get that option, you just get pepper sprayed before you know what's going on. Both ways I get a new phone, one way I also get pepper sprayed. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That honestly feels cheap for a head of role at a national charity. Why do these free market fans love the idea of limiting both their recruitment pool and potential user base so much?

I'm not saying it's ok to employ people who lie on their CV, just that people have done that forever, that's why a CV is just something you use to decide who to interview, at which point it should become pretty obvious they've no idea what they're doing 🤷🏻‍♂️
