All AIs are built by violating the privacy and using human data without consent. I question the privacy mission of any company, including #Proton and #Mozilla, that has an AI offering.

Infotainment screens are a distraction.

Yeah, like the city being consistent. Nothing wrong with always having pickup day following a holiday.

Ok. When I no longer have room in my shed I'll either have to put the recycles in a back bag with the regular trash next week or leave them out for the animals to enjoy.

@hfxgov.bsky.social So we have to store multiple trash bag ... somewhere for the next two weeks without animals tearing the bags apart.

Why not do a collection on Saturday the 14th like you do when collection falls on a holiday?

"Exaggeration" doesn't mean what you think it means.

Are you serious with this? Your free plan only 1gb of storage.

If AI is a threat to the future of humanity, stop making AI. What you are doing makes a much sense as the Ai bros going before congress to warn about Ai's danger to humanity while continue to create the next model. Mozilla is now big tech based on your attitude and actions.

Not soon enough. I plan of celebrating on the anniversary date of each AI that dies.

Just make sure to check the toggle after each update encase it "accidentally" gets turned off.

World-class capabilities in AI? Are you serious? Dude, AI doesn't currently exist. At best, we have Large Language Models. Claiming you have AI is like Elon claiming he sells self-driving cars.

Open AI has been at this for years, spent billions, and at best have a LLM. They are having financial problems and started with far more funding than Mozilla.

Stop.

You could be one of a few browsers without a LLM. Save a ton of money and get a larger slice of the browser market.

Spending billions to create an "ai" from scratch v using a foss model.

Open AI has spend who know how much over many years and all they have to show for it is financial troubles and a LLM.

Give up, you already lost the race.

Just today on Burnside Drive I passed an ass using his phone while driving. Time to get the cops out there.

Both LibreWolf and Mullvad browsers are ai-free.
I'm currently looking for an ai free Chromium based browser for the times Mozilla based doesn't work.

Wow, an "ai" commercial. Can't you just write your manifesto like a good little psycho bomber?

So much for being a privacy respecting company. How is this "ai" being trained ... with peoples' data without consent.

isn't available when split tunneling in active.
I watch Youtube via Freetube. Proton will get blocked multiple times per day forcing me to change servers. MVPN might get blocked 3 times per week. Maybe MVPN can hide the fact that it's a vpn better than Proton.
I happy to answer more questions.

Netguard (which isn't available if you want to use split tunneling). MVPN's DNS blocking has 6 toggles to give the user more control.
MVPN has Multihop which runs your traffic through two servers. DAITA introduces noise to fight traffic analysis.
MVPN has a functional killswitch. Proton's killswitch

Mullvadvpn is simply amazing on Fedora Workstation. Has nearly all the features of their Android app. What I did was buy one month with my credit card just to test. Once I saw how good it works, I bought a voucher for a year and created a new account.
Proton has an all or nothing DNS block called

The profit motive is too strong, therefore I don't trust any company with "ai" to not collect my data.
I'll continue to use LibreWolf and Mullvad browsers.
As for Thunderbird, time to find another email client.

that are available on Android, such as Profiles. Proton's CLI is also lacking features. Basically allowing us to pick country, or state/province, or city. It also doesn't have a start on boot. Mullvadvpn has several dozen options in the CLI.

Sure Proton has clients for all their services except Drive. The issue is the clients are seldom developed. Lets take Protovpn, 8 years after it was introduced we finally get splittunneling, sort of. Using ST requires Netguard and Killswitch to be disabled.

Their vpn app also lacks many features

Proton Pass is one of the Proton apps that actually works well on Linux. 10 aliases for free, syncs well across devices.

I'm not renewing my Unlimited account due to Proton's lack of Linux support.
