Sure you could make a good little boom by dropping containment on a running fusion reactor, but nothing like an actual nuke

They're magnetically-contained fusion reactors, right? That doesn't seem like it's on the same tech tree as a chain reaction fission/fusion warhead. Plus refined fizmat is the main limiting factor for proliferation in real life, and fuel for pure fusion reactors wouldn't be a risk there.
