How could both NOT be weakening, given chaotic tariff moves; Vought chainsaw taken to the Federal workforce; and immigration sweeps and deportations decimating lower-wage workforces.
As I read it, the just released emails came from the Epstein estate's attorneys, not from US gov't files. We don't know if these particular emails were ever in the hands of the FBI or the DOJ. @noahshachtman.bsky.social

She is working the rules to compel timely review of the stay in the SNAP case by both the Circuit Court and by the Supreme Court. This is why knowing which SCOTUS justice has supervision of the Circuit you file in is essential.

It restricts the use of gas in "residential or commercial areas" that could risk injury to a plaintiff class member "who is not causing an immediate threat of physical harm to another person"
incredible that these guys have a massive hard on for a country that, if it were a state, would rank behind kansas in terms of wealth and which would be a total backwater if it weren’t economically integrated with more functional countries

Each pardon is egregious and undermines the rule of law, but seeing them in the aggregate will be shocking. People need to see the whole picture.
