I went to Japan about 30 years ago for work. The guy who met me at the airport told me to leave my luggage in some random spot while we grabbed a bite to eat or something. I was concerned but he was like, "This is JAPAN. No one is going to mess with or take your stuff."

And he was right.

Why does my tinnitus get so much worse when I'm sick?

Coughing, but not from my chest. From my throat and it's infrequent.

I just want to sleep but I'm also wide awake.

This sucks ASS, whatever it is.

Tested negative for COVID but I have something gnarly. I've had SOMETHING in my throat all day -- feels like phlegm but I don't know. Then came the aches and the throbbing -- I could feel it in my teeth. Now the aches are gone but my nose is starting to run and whatever's in my throat is acting up.

(I didn't even mention all the positive responses I've been getting from FANTASTIC FOUR FOR DUMMIES!)

I feel at the top of my game right now, which is not a feeling I EVER get to have.

Just turned in the first draft of a pilot for an animated show, the pitch deck before. Initial response to both is really good.
