Blood test done…hoping that it shows I need a thyroid med increase as that could be a reason for the depression. 🤞🏻

TY… iirc side effects of ect are similar to having s. dep…can affect short term memory, that happens to me with dep anyway. I am amazed that my body remembers to breathe atm🙄

Never had it, but if it brings about some improvement I am up for it. Every minute spent in this depression is agony and I don’t have the spoons to wait 4-6 weeks for an improvement due to meds, as this is not certain. The increase might not work. 🤷‍♀️

So relieved to hear that Gaie Delap is finally home. Gaie is a peaceful climate protester who spent Christmas in prison because the private company in charge of security monitoring couldn't find a tag to fit her. I know her friends and family will be overjoyed to have her home.
