It's def not THAT long, but it is a hefty book. I read the paperback, and I think it was like 800 pages?

It's a good read. I'm not like a Sanderson super fan like others, but it is solid fantasy with interesting magical systems!

I do not have the energy for today, but.. here we are!

My niece was supposed to be born about two weeks ago. A week past the due date, my brother and his gf went to the doctors. They couldn't find a heartbeat. She passed before ever coming into the world.

To say the past few days have been rough is wildly an understatement. 💔

I mean, there will never be a perfect CEO of a company, especially a social media company (aside from Tom from MySpace who sold it and then went to live in the woods or something).

It just baffles me that people would go back to something Elon owns.

The biggest thing I can recommend is trying to use feeds and keep engaging with posts you see to build it up.

Also, your FCF post seems to have done well, so that's a start at least haha

I mean, I've been here since the very early days, so maybe that helps that I've had time to build up engagement.. but it takes time and effort to gain that traction.

Twitter engagement had so many bots that even if a post got a bunch of likes, half of them were fake anyways.

Oh for sure, like the CEO is spiraling and it's not good.

I just can't wrap my head around going back to Twitter as a result.

I get there are issues currently with this platform, but seeing people go BACK to Twitter?

It feels like the equivalent of "hey my smoke detector is going off, lemme run across the street in the building that's on fire as a safety precaution"

Which is what I initially said in my reply, "Isn't this just what we would talk about in the one-on-one itself? It feels like it's taking time away from other things I could be doing to fill it out"

I've been greatly trimming down my online presence at this point.

I mostly float between here and Insta.. and Insta is mostly just to send reels back and forth to friends.

After a bit of a delayed start, we are BACK with our season 4 premier.

We have a series of horror themed games, and 4 incredible guest GMs and/or guest hosts, as I had to take a step back to deal with my own health issues.
