Finally published what I thought would be a "short" piece about what I've recently learned about George IV aka the Prince Regent aka Prinny

This is not scientific at all but I find my anxiety manifests in thoughts but mainly physiologically in my torso ie rapid heart and nauseous stomach. Sensory overload manifests in my senses and thought like things being too bright, noises being too loud.
