I was feeling like a bad mom last night. The last two days were just so hard and exhausting. I went 841 characters over, trying to say what I wanted to say about this picture but to summarize - I finally felt like I was doing something right. Single-solo parenting is hard, but I'm doing okay.

WTF?!? Border Czar Tom Homan claimed that ICE and Border Patrol agents don’t need probable cause to detain people they suspect are undocumented, saying they can do so based on factors like physical appearance. This is straight-up racial profiling, not law enforcement.

The weather lately

I agree, she has her rights to her opinions and how she brings up her kids. I personally "subject" my daughter to Ms. Rachel. By 15 months she knew twice as many words as the average for her age and now at a little over two she speaks in full sentences and sings.

It's literally the proven way to teach and speak to babies. She's a teacher for small children. She speaks to babies and small children. It's for children and babies, not adults. Hence, *baby* voice.

I mean of course children's shows are grating and annoying to adults. You're not the target audience

It really feels like a moment where people run with a headline and attack people who have influence. As a parent, I understand why she doesn't like children's shows. I felt the same way about Ms. Rachel at first but I considered how it's not for or about me and I got over it.

My ex fiancé had really bad acne when we met. I found out he drank plain cow's milk all the time and was using harsh dollar store acne washes. I told him to cut the milk as it was probably the cause and his acne went away 🤗
