Shutdown ≠ strategy.
We don’t elect leaders to lock the doors and leave working families in the dark. Paychecks paused. Services stalled. Economy dinged—then some losses never come back. Pass a clean CR, keep ACA subsidies, argue policy after you keep the lights on.
Do the job. End the shutdown.

It is not unusual for fascists, as they seek to consolidate power, to find "reasons" to get rid of those who oppose them.

If the government does shutdown(as it likely will, tomorrow), Those who bought their medical insurance though the Affordable Care Act Marketplace, will see their healthcare premiums jump anywhere from 50 to 75% higher. JUST SO ANYONE WANTING TO BLAME DEMOCRATS KNOWS!

Trump just ordered the military into Portland, and he’s giving them the green light to use lethal force on American citizens.
