Tips for Autistics to shake phone anxiety & call reps:

1) Body double, live or virtual. Have a friend call!

2) Have a written script! it's ok to sound like you're reading directly from it. You don't need to mask, but you DO need to be clear

3) Have 1-3 SPECIFIC issues to address. Ex: DOE & RFK!

Therapist colleagues, please take a break from it all. You are all absorbing the worries of the whole world right now and you won't be able to sustain yourself if you don't take a break. You MUST rest. You MUST take care of yourself to take care of your clients. There is no other way.
