We call on both governments to always ensure the protection of health care facilities, workers, and access to essential health services.

The best medicine is peace.

We welcome the ceasefire agreement between #Cambodia and #Thailand, as the recent violence escalation has had grave consequences on civilians on both sides. Deaths and injuries have been reported, tens of thousands of people have been displaced. Health facilities have being closed in both countries.

Every 30 seconds, someone dies from a #hepatitis -related severe liver disease or liver cancer.

But if we act now, we can prevent 2.8 million deaths over the next five years.

This is Hanin, a five-year-old survivor of a school fire caused by a strike in #Gaza.

She was evacuated by @who.int and partners, along with 22 other patients, to receive urgent medical care abroad.

WHO calls for medical evacuations to be expedited through all possible routes.

3. #AI and Other Digital Tools — The future of health services is digital, so investing in AI and other digital tools is vital. It is crucial that these tools are used safely, ethically, and equitably. (3/3)
