Our industry has moved from ‘still defining an agent’ at the start of 2025 to ‘building things that can actually build things’ by mid-year.

I started using Obsidian a few weeks ago after seeing someone else recommend it. Very happy with it too!

Though I use hyphens already, so don't need to worry about that :)

I will have to check out the dichotomy of leadership at some point because I really enjoyed the leadership aspects of the book, but for me the extended military examples distracted from the message.

I listened to extreme ownership after hearing you recommend it at the end of your podcast last fall.

Lots of great principles. I think especially as a full time remote worker, you have to live these out to really be productive. A number of them I learned from netw ops because you have to survive

Rest in peace, Nick Russo, you will be dearly missed.

I think part of it is a lack of understanding in why something was done in the first place, and sometimes also a hubris in people wanting to make their mark.

I feel you! That is quite an accomplishment!

On a side note, really appreciate your work. I just listened to the one on AI for network operators with Scott on packet pushers. Very helpful, thank you!
