They've definitely misinterpreted and observed things nobody needs to know, but it’s there written in print in my notes. You're so right, accessing treatment shouldn't be this hard

Got my bike fixed but first went through lectures in inaccessible language and scaremongering from the bike tech. He lectured me on the pedal assist too, but I've already read the user manual, and his scaremongering there fell flat. I knew he was telling me the wrong thing
