No one from CMHT/OOH/social work got in touch with me over the weekend or even today (so far). I’m not surprised but it’s annoying. Why tell me someone will be in touch when they won’t? I’m doing ok though. Old carers said they’ll take me for a drive later which always helps. I’m lucky to have them

They stayed most of the night. They tried to phone out of hours to come see me but there was no one available. I always feel incredibly guilty for waisting emergency services time. I don’t know if someone from CMHT will see or contact me today. I’ve had about 3 hours sleep and I’m exhausted

Met with my new social worker yesterday. She is really nice. She is setting up seeing a CPN too which feels so strange because I’ve been begging for help for over 2 years. We spoke about moving and I’m not sure why I got so upset but I did. She left then I had a big meltdown. Police ended up coming

I was really young when I was diagnosed but the first doctor said I couldn’t be autistic despite having all the signs because I am a girl. I often wonder how many girls were missed because of that one doctor

Got an email from my new social worker yesterday. She is one I already sort of know because she came to my old care home for other residents. She wants to meet next week at some point! I really hope she is good. I don’t think she can be any worse than my last one anyway

The snow has finally cleared but we spoke about how difficult it is to get care where I live because it is so rural and the snow really highlighted that. I agreed to move which I’m quite upset about because I love this village. I wish I didn’t have to move just to get the support I need

The head of social work for my area came to see me the other day because of the complaints about my social worker. She apologised about the way I’ve been treated. She is now looking to get me another social worker who will report directly to her🎉

When I lived in the care home the guy next door to me would play this song constantly all day and all night. Every time I hear this song I think of him

Even worse today! It’s still snowing heavy and the village is now completely snowed in lol

Very deep snow in my garden

The snow is now at about mid thigh height and it’s STILL snowing heavy! The council and farmers have now taken out diggers to try dig the roads and paths clear but it seems never ending. I’m used to snow but not this much snow in such a short amount of time
