This morning, I whipped up a batch of grain-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free pancakes made with eggs, a banana, applesauce, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. I topped them with naturally-sweet roasted blueberries. They looked messy but tasted delicious!
