Like today my therapist off-handedly said that shame and sadness are a part of life. We're meant to feel the whole spectrum of emotions and there is no need to fear or run away from the tougher feelings.

Every time I have an epiphany at therapy I feel a little silly afterwards. Often they are so obvious, yet it takes years of going to meet with a professional to ralize them. #therapy

I see so many people who are excited about AI accept from it terrible quality designs they would never accept from an actual human artist or designer. It's trash and will always be. #art
