My Aussie friends and I are walking the last 200 km of this Camino, averaging about 20 km a day. Lovely!!

One day at a time, and plenty of support from sober communities and professionals.

If you find yourself in London, how about a swim at Parliament Hill Fields Lido. I swam on a blue sky sunny day but was glad of the poolside sauna as the pool was 12 degrees C. Yes, unheated.

Porridge and coffee in the cafe are a post-swim must!!
