From fish tanks to healthy plants 🐟 Our Co-Director @neofossil-tony.bsky.social continued his visit to Jordan with a tour of an aquaponic installation at a special needs school.
The plants grow in sand that hosts a microbial community which converts the waste water from the fish tank into nutrients
The Desert Gardens project has helped thousands of Syrian refugees grow fresh food in the Jordanian desert.
