I Have A Slight Addiction Looking inwards at the three main MMORPG's I play and the past linked to them to attempt to understand why I play them.

I came to a sudden realisation that I may be slightly addicted to playing MMO's. Which is weird because I really don't like talking to people. So lets explore that a bit.

I agree that shenmue has a great deal of influence, but I wouldn't put it as the most influential game. Simply because there are games that have entier genres of games named after them. I'd personally have named rouge as the most influential due to having 2 genres named after it.

I have finished this game before on gamepass, then picked it up on steam and ignored it for the longest time. So fuck it, metroidvania time. Really fun game, always forget that I can freeze time as a platforming mechanic.
