This absolutely will not result in disaffiliation.

It's been less well advertised than other elections for sure - I think some are just wanting a coronation.

I've held a large variety of roles in the Green Party, and I've dedicated myself to helping us grow and build our movement. I can do that even more if I'm a diverse voice representing the party in the House of Lords, and holding the government to account. 💚

The House of Lords must be abolished, but while it exists we need to ensure it's representative. Different.

I do act like one. None of what you've done here is particularly pacifist (not does it fail to be pacifist) - we're not talking about a war here, and pacifism has nothing to do with whether one has or states a view.

You avoid questions, you avoid anything of substance. It's circular and pointless.

I think your input is condescending, and shows overt patriarchal overtones. You have consistently avoided questions and placed yourself above them. That's worrying.

I'm a pacifist, and a Quaker. At no point have I suggested that pacifism offends me.

I'm wary of people self appointing themselves as mediators or referees.

I do not like the position of patriarchal authority you place yourself over a debate in which you seem to have no stake, and no stated opinions. It's unwelcome, and deeply ironic given the feminist nature of the debate.

So, to clarify.

Do you have any stated opinion on any hot trans topics, and if so, what are they? Prisons? Toilets? Sports?

I am specifically asking. This is a request for information. This is a debate you seem keen to insert yourself into as a friend reaching across the aisle, so I want to know.

I've met Owen, lovely person! Sorry about your health problems, but I think it's important where people wade into these issues and profess their position, to check that their position actually is where they think it is. I think digging into specifics rather than vaguaries about 'GC' and 'TRA' helps

Like, I don't mind *what* your position is, but seeing as you seem to spend a lot of time trying to find purchase with the idea that you're an ally reaching across the aisle, I'd be keen to know that you're not just reaching to yourself.

I've spent a lot of time talking to GC greens too - the experience of being sent around to have these chats is familiar to me.

Trans-inclusive, friend, what does it mean? What friendship do you show? What, indeed, is your position on hot-button trans debates?

A quick look suggests you spend much time saying you're a trans ally but dismayed about the treatment of GC people, and one comment about being "moderate" on trans issues, but I can't see any actual trans allyship? Do you perhaps self-ID as an ally?
