Loving the update, but i had a question.

It's not a recent thing, but it's only now dawning on me that it might not be intended - i have a mouse with two thumb buttons. Assigning keybinds, it sees M3 and M4 as separate. But with ctrl- or shift- modifiers, it maps both to M4. (but not alt?!)
