leading voice says we should coalesce around class rather than diagnoses. Ironically, the reaction to his book amongst some leaves us more isolated and certainly leaves me with the feeling that we should look after ourselves.

I'd be interested to know his view of our education system and how it fits with his views around neoliberalism. Naomi Fisher shares many of his views around diagnostic constructs, but is clear in identifying schools as contributors to the problem (not saying I agree with everything she says either).
