I still clearly remember how each one smelt - faint weird doll plastic, plus strong, sweet fakey scent of strawberry (cat=vanilla). I suspect there was vanilla in SS, too, she was addictive to sniff. Tiny Tears also smelt of vanilla, but more biscuity.

I'm a SENDCO at AP, and we get far too many pupils referred to us because they exhibited symptoms of their known and diagnosed conditions.

Schools have a long way to go, but this is not helped by funding issues, lack of support staff, lack of external agency support and failing LA SEND systems.

Our LA just refused to assess a Y8 for EHCP, who is with us at AP as mainstream have exhausted all options, & we're struggling to meet needs.
There needs to be much better inclusion in schs, but we also need to be able to enforce the rules re: SEND-related assessments & have Specialist sch options.

On the eligibility bit, it says primary school children. Is that right? Just checking as the rest of the info makes it sound quite broad.
