Did you notice that today he called one of his executive orders "what the law is"? He is already ruling by decree. Does Congress still have any role?

Not true. I voluntarily serve on health-related science board and I'm considered a SGA. No compensation. Of course, all our meetings are on indefinite hold...but that's a different issue.
