Multiple people who have worked in #globalhealth have relayed variations of this story. These are people who see #measles routinely, and know how terrible in can be and that great lengths to get #vaccine for their chidren are worth it. With such easy access in Canada, I hope every child will get it.

This is a pattern that’s been recognized for some time…respiratory infections diffuse up the age gradient. Daycares and schools are amplifiers.
For diseases that spread through air, a focus on ventilation and filtration in areas where kids could probably blunt this
