I've built myself a cyberdeck that uses (non-AI or camera enabled) AR glasses and it's actually remarkable and useful for me. Working on a UI that allows me to wear them while walking, just to see what I can pull off. And using them at the café makes me feel like the William Gibson of Watford. 😂

Well, it really needs some reprinting and touchups for better case fit, but I give you the Hosaka Mark I cyberdeck: Xreal Air 2 Pro glasses for HUD, a mini display for stats like battery life, CPU, IP address; inside is a Raspberry Pi 5 with 16GB of RAM and 9900mAh of battery life. It works.
