You can’t really see the bike, but here’s me and my daughter after daycare pickup this week.

It makes zero sense to limit e-bikes only to 15mph. Even without the electric assist, it’s pretty easy to go 15mph on a bike. Further, cars, buses, rideshares, motorcycles, trucks, and taxis are all allowed to go more than 15mph. It’s way safer to go the speed of traffic.
