There's no way to completely objectively judge content. Enforcement must be inconsistent. Trying to be too specific with rules will cause as many issues as not being specific enough.

I would assume that much of the reason for the AI training is so that in the long run fewer people will have to watch horrific things on social media to do moderation. On the other hand, AI will make it easier to make horrific videos.

There are tens of billions of videos on the internet. Those videos need to moderated with or without AI. If anything, AI detection will make it less likely that humans will need to view a video in order for it to be rejected. Of course, on the flip side, AI makes it easier to make awful videos.

Just a couple days ago, I did the same search on Google two times in a row, and its AI overview gave completely opposite and contradictory answers.

You could ask that about any article on the internet from the past few years. I sometimes use AI for coding, but never for writing or art/illustration. I see no reason to suspect the author of this article is any different.

I could see a conservative asking if praying in front of an abortion clinic is illegal now because some people got arrested for blocking a clinic or harassing patients.
