This is ridiculous and heartbreaking. People still die from covid and many still live with long covid. It is not over and may never be over. This, "Well, it's only the weak/old/frail/unhealthy among us" is callous. Millions of people have long covid. How is this not good enough to fund research?

There are TWO clinical trials for kids with Long COVID, one in the US and the other in Pakistan. Funding for Long COVID treatments is drying up. I had hoped that this would have been prioritized, especially for children. We push them aside because they're not as financially lucrative to treat.
