You put major CANON character information AND lore that is essential to the plot of the final season behind a multi level pay wall.

You should have had a ProShot created and streamed that, hell you could have made it an add on that you had to buy and people would have.

For the record,
Creating an entire plot piece with NEED TO KNOW information and only making it accessible to people via a stage show in one city in one country while your viewership is *literally* worldwide… is WILD.

They were each a piece of the puzzle, and Ilya was the one going around nudging them into their correct spaces.

He knew the anxiety Shane had around their relationship being public, Ilya had already accepted it… but he created this safe space of people so they wouldn’t be alone when it happened

But i didn’t convey very well the fact that he was doing it for himself as well, and not really intentionally— more like subconsciously— building that foundation so that someone, like Scott, could come in and create that alliance for the future.

Shane and Ilya’s story runs the length of ALL the other stories and then some. Yes, Skip was the catalyst— they made it possible, but Ilya kind of went along and made sure that no one forgot it.

The comment i made is below, and ive thought it continuously as i read through the Game Changers series, because Ilya’s the one that keeps popping up in everyone else’s stories. Whether it’s just to nudge them along, or be a kind of confidant, or to show his support without saying a damn word.
