Maybe we could reduce volumes in radiotherapy as well. Post neo-adjuvant chemo volumes are based on what is seen at time 0. In light of this, the paradigm could change. Maybe it's time to shift towards involved volumes also in H&N. #radonc

Non ci salverà nemmeno il blocco della Legge sull'Autonomia differenziata. Servirebbero investimenti intelligenti in personale ( fattore più importante) ed in tecnologie. Così facendo si attutirebbe il vero virus dentro il sistema: la migrazione sanitaria. A quel punto saremmo davvero autonomi.🇮🇹
